Today’s multitasking working women tend to encounter numerous health challenges. Among these are feeling tired or depressed or not in the mood and irritable most of the time. These are usually things that a regular exercise routine and healthier eating may address in no time at all.
Omega-3 fatty acid-rich foods can help relieve depression and enhance brain health. Some health tips for women who have the blues include loading up on fatty fish like salmon, flaxseed, walnuts, sugar beets, to name some. A healthy whole food diet is ideal. Detoxifying the body may also be a good idea, so check with your physician.
